Every order is shipped directly from our physical shop located at 43 Station Rd, Whitley Bay NE26 2QZ, United Kingdom.


you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please call us immediately for the fastest processing of cancellations.


We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 GBP for all orders.


We partner with FedEx to ensure your pet supplies are delivered safely and can be tracked every step of the way.


Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before this time, Monday through Saturday, will begin processing the same day.


Typically, it takes 1 to 2 business days for us to handle and pack your order, followed by 3 to 5 business days for FedEx transit. Most customers receive their items within 4 to 7 business days total.


We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging and condition.


If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will provide a pre-paid label and cover all costs.


Once we receive and inspect your return at our Whitley Bay store, we issue the refund immediately. The funds usually appear back on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. If an item is defective, we will happily replace it for you at no extra cost.
