Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders can also be collected from our shop.

3. Our products

We sell pet supplies. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but product images are for illustration only and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Always use products as directed by the manufacturer. If you have any concerns about your pet’s health, please speak to a vet.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery and collection from our shop are free. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

If we find an obvious error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Placing an order and when the contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by card and is processed securely by Stripe. For more details, please see our Payment Policy.

7. Delivery and collection

Delivery times, costs, tracking and collection details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The products become your responsibility once they are delivered to you or collected by you. You own the products once we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched or collected. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and our 30-day returns policy gives you longer than this. Full details are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Faulty goods and your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the products we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. For more information about your rights, visit Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Our products are sold for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or natural disasters. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

12. Promotions

If we run promotions or offer discount codes, any specific terms will be shown with the promotion and will apply in addition to these terms.

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

14. Using our website

You must not misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or other harmful code, or interfering with its normal operation.

15. Your personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law, and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
